📍 Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 egg,
1 onion (chopped),
2 cloves garlic (chopped),
1/4 cup breadcrumbs,
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese,
1 tsp oregano,
Salt,
Pepper,
2 tbsp olive oil,
200ml cream,
1 cup beef broth,
400g pasta,
2 1/2 cups water,
Parsley (optional)
📍 Instructions:
Combine the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper, and form into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the meatballs.
Add the cream and beef broth and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and water and cook until the pasta is al dente.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
