📍 Ingredients:
- 400g rigatoni
- 300g ground beef
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 200ml cream
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Preparation:
First, cook the rigatoni according to the package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until thoroughly cooked.
Add the cream, stir well, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Crumble the feta cheese into the sauce and stir until completely melted.
Finally, add the cooked rigatoni to the beef and feta sauce and mix thoroughly.
Arrange the cooked rigatoni on plates and garnish with fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese as desired.
