Ingredients:
200 g sugar
10 egg yolks
200 g sugar
250 g hazelnuts
100 g chocolate shavings
1 packet baking powder
200 g flour
10 egg whites
Grease for the baking sheet
- First, beat the butter (or margarine), 200 g of sugar, and the egg yolks until light and fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg yolk mixture, then spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Next, beat the 10 egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 200 g of sugar. Then, gently fold in the hazelnuts and chocolate shavings. Spread this mixture over the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 20 minutes.
Tip: Coat with chocolate glaze or a powdered sugar and rum glaze.
