Tartlets
For the dough:
100 gr butter (at room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
2-2.5 cups flour
1 packet vanilla
The dough is kneaded. It is chilled in the refrigerator. 10 minutes is enough.
Then it is rolled out between two sheets of parchment paper
. It is cut with a round mold. The dough is placed in the back of the muffin molds.
It is baked in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Be sure to prick the dough so it doesn’t rise. After baking, prepare the custard.
For the pastry cream:
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 packet vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1 cup granulated sugar
Half a packet of cream
Except for the cream, vanilla, and butter, the other ingredients are cooked on the stove. The stove is turned off. Butter is added.
Once cooled, cream and vanilla are added and whisked with a mixer until smooth. Then, we decorate the tartlets and they are ready to serve. That’s all, enjoy! ❤️
