Ingredients:
500 g fresh strawberries
250 g mascarpone
250 g quark (or cream cheese)
200 ml heavy cream
2 packets vanilla sugar
80 g sugar
Optional: 1 packet cream stabilizer
Preparation:
Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into small pieces. Set aside a few nice strawberries for decoration.
Combine the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix until creamy.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. If desired, add cream stabilizer for an even lighter and more stable dessert.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark-mascarpone mixture.
Fold in the chopped strawberries and mix well.
Pour the dessert into a large bowl or individual dessert cups.
Decorate with the reserved strawberries and chill until ready to serve.
