Ingredients
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Line a small square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, keto sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out slightly fudgy.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
