Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, oats, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
