Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped Twix bars
1 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
Fold in chopped Twix bars and pour the batter over the crust.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Before serving, drizzle the cheesecake with caramel sauce and garnish with whipped cream. Additional Twix bars can be added on top for extra decoration.
