Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/3 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 cup caramel sauce
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 large eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this delicious mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan to create a crumbly crust.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s super smooth. Then, add the powdered sugar, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix everything together until it’s creamy and perfectly combined.
4. Pour that heavenly cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it gently to create an even layer.
5. Bake in your preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and just slightly jiggly.
6. Once baked, let it cool for a while, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars. Don’t forget to drizzle on some extra caramel sauce before serving for that extra touch of sweetness!
