I only use 3 eggs with cauliflower, my family loves it!

📍INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
Spring onions
3 tablespoons sour cream
Black pepper, dried garlic, salt
Vegetable oil

📍INSTRUCTIONS

First, cut the cauliflower into florets.

Then, bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Now, add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

Then, drain well.

Next, crack the 3 eggs into a bowl. Dice the 2 tomatoes.

Then, heat some vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Then, add the cauliflower florets to the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Now, in a small bowl, mix the sour cream with black pepper, garlic, and salt. Add the beaten eggs.

“` Then pour this mixture over the cauliflower in the pan.

Add the diced tomatoes and chopped spring onions.

Now cook everything over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the sauce is well blended and the cauliflower is infused with flavor.

Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve.

I only use 3 eggs and cauliflower; my family loves it.
