Ingredients for the Yogurt Cake
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups yogurt (of your choice)
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
Butter and flour for the baking pan
Instructions
Use the same cup or yogurt container for measuring to ensure consistent results.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a smooth batter forms.
Grease and flour a 9- or 10-inch springform pan to prevent sticking.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 325–350°F (160–180°C) on the middle rack for about 50–60 minutes.
Optional: After baking, you can top the cake with a glaze of your choice. Whether chocolate, icing, or a simple dusting of powdered sugar—the cake always tastes heavenly!
