Preparation:
Pour a small amount of batter (about a small ladleful) into the hot pan.
Spread the batter evenly by gently swirling the pan or spreading it thinly with a spoon or spatula.
Cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes, until the underside is golden brown.
Carefully flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1 more minute.
Fill and serve:
Remove the cooked pancake from the pan and place it on a plate.
Fill the pancake as desired with jam, Nutella, chocolate, quark, poppy seeds, nuts, or other ingredients of your choice.
Roll or fold the filled pancake and serve warm.
